CHECK-IN ÉS ÉRKEZÉS
Érkezéskor a buszos guide-ok segítenek a lepakolással és Snowattack szervező csapatunk vár a check-innél.
1. A csapatvezető oda megy a check-in ponthoz/recepcióhoz.
2. Előkészíti a szoba kauciót és külön a síbérlet kauciót (amennyiben a foglalás tartalmaz síbérletet) és a voucherét.
3. Ellenőrizzük a vouchert
4. A csapat megkapja a kulcsokat és a borítékot, mely tartalmazza a síbérleteket és karszalagokat.
5. A csapat felmegy a szobába és ellenőrzi, hogy mindent rendben talál-e. Amennyiben bármi problémát észlel, szól a házfelelősnek / recepciónak, ellenkező esetben check-outnál kaució levonásra kerülhet sor.
A buszok pénteken indulnak, a pontos busz beosztást az alábbi linken találod. Kérjük, ne késs és tartsd be a csomagokra vonatkozó szabályokat!
Egyéni utasaink szombaton 18:00 - 20:00 között érkezhetnek. Amennyiben 20:00-ig nem ér a csapat a check-inhez, akkor azt mindenképpen előre jelezze, ellenkező esetben nem garantált a kulcs kiadás.

Chalet foglalása esetén a megadott francia számot kell hívni és emellett külön értesíteni a Snowattack szervezői csapatot, hogy a karszalagokat és síbérleteket átvehessétek.
Szállás kauciók
Les Clarines: 800 €/apartman (4-6-8 fős apartman), 1000 €/ apartman (10 fős apartman) --> készpénz vagy kártya
L'Ours Blanc: 100 €/ágy (üreságyakra is fizetendő --> készpénz vagy kártya
Multi-Residence 1650 (Tyrol, Diamant, Meijotel, Plein Sud, Residence Cote Brune épületek): 100 €/ágy (üreságyakra is fizetendő) --> készpénz vagy kártya
L'Edelweiss: 100 €/ágy (üreságyakra is fizetendő) --> készpénz vagy kártya (kártya csak központi recepciónál a főtéren!)
L'Alba: 100 €/ágy (üreságyakra is fizetendő) --> készpénz vagy kártya (kártya csak központi recepciónál a főtéren!)
Goleon: 100 €/ágy (üreságyakra is fizetendő) --> készpénz vagy kártya (kártya csak központi recepciónál a főtéren!)
Neige et Soleil: 600 € / apartman (4 és 6 fős apartman), 800 €/apartman (8 fős apartman), 1000 €/apartman (10 fős apartman) --> CSAK KÁRTYÁVAL LEHETSÉGES!
CHALETEK: Chaletenként eltérő (1500-2000 €) --> CSAK KÁRTYÁVAL LEHETSÉGES!
HOTELEK: nem kell kauciót fizetni

Ágyneműhuzatot igen, de törölközőt NEM tartalmaznak az alábbi szállások - törölközőt helyszínen lehet igényelni 10 €/szett áron.
Apartmanok: L'Ours Blanc
Chaletek: Faverot, Husky, Le Ponton, Le Sabot de Venus, Soleil Levant, Erika, Marmotton, Les Alpages
Ágyneműhuzatot és törölközőt NEM tartalmazzák az alábbi szállások - Ezeknél a szállásoknál előre kell igényelni, amennyiben nem hozol magaddal, melynek ára 30 €/szett.
Apartmanok: Multi-Residence 1650, L'Edelweiss, L'Alba, Goleon
Párnát és takarót minden szállás tartalmaz.
CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, the bus guides will help with unpacking and our Snowattack organizing team will bewaiting at the check-in point.
1. The team leader goes to the check-in point/reception.
2. Prepares the room deposit and separately the ski pass deposit (if the reservation includes ski pass) and the voucher.
3. We check the voucher.
4. The team receives the keys and the envelope, which contain the ski passes and wristbands.
5. The team goes up to the room and checks that everything is in order. If you notice any problems, tell the house manager/reception, otherwise at check out , a deposit may be deducted.
The buses leave on Friday, you can find the exact bus schedule on the link below. Please don't be late and follow the rules for packages!
Our individual passengers can arrive on Saturday between 18:00 and 20:00. If the team does not arrive at the check-in by 8:00 p.m., please let them know in advance, otherwise key issuance is not guaranted.
